Elias bracké
Elias has 8 months of hands-on experience as a facilitator in Copenhagen, where he has guided groups through dynamic and engaging sessions. With a strong passion for movement and performance, he knows how to create an atmosphere that is both energizing and focused. Elias combines presence with playfulness, encouraging participants to push their limits and discover new ways of connecting with themselves and others. And yes, he’s not afraid to turn up the heat when the moment calls for it.
Simon Bracké
Simon believes in living fully, from deep inner connection to pure celebration. As a passionate athlete, He’s a big fan of contrast therapy, seeking discomfort and challenge to grow stronger. Breathwork is his favorite tool to connect deeply with himself and others, and he loves turning up the heat in the sauna to let go. For Simon, CØLD is all about stepping away from screens and coming back to what really matters: people, presence, and the power of breath.
Jill Kusters
Jill grew up with sauna and cold exposure as something that has always been part of her life, and she is trained as a breathwork and ice bath coach – a combination reflected in how she guides at CØLD. In a world built around speed and productivity, Jill creates moments to slow down. She guides with warmth and gentleness, with both feet on the ground, holding a space where people are invited to meet challenge and gently stretch their limits. Her sessions help you feel more present, embodied, and steady.
Remi Coltura
Remi brings an immersive, sensory-driven approach to the sauna, shaped by his background in music and nervous system regulation. Treating each session as a carefully composed experience, he guides participants through rhythm, sound, and controlled breathing, creating a space where deep relaxation and rising intensity naturally flow into one another. His sessions are designed to strengthen your ability to stay regulated under pressure, cultivating a steady presence that can meet both calm and challenge.
Jeroen Vancoillie
Jeroen is a passionate Pilates trainer and the founder of Pilates Rebels. As he steps into his role as facilitator at CØLD, Jeroen is excited to bring his expertise in wellness and movement to this new experience. He sees contrast therapy as an amazing extension of his work, helping individuals embrace both the heat of the sauna and the chill of the ice bath to boost recovery and refresh the spirit. At CØLD, it’s all about stepping back from the hustle and reconnecting with what truly matters: community, presence, and the healing power of breath. Jeroen can’t wait to share this journey with you!
Valerie Vijverman
Valerie is a psychologist and yoga teacher with a deep passion for creating spaces where people can slow down and reconnect with themselves. Drawn to warmth, softness, and meaningful connection, she never imagined cold exposure would become part of her journey — yet CØLD became exactly the place where she found her edge.
Nathalie Blavier
Nathalie combines over 16 years of experience in yoga and shiatsu with more than 10 years of experience as a vegan chef, specialised in healing diets. Inspired by the healing power of nature and the mind, breathwork and meditation, her approach is gentle, grounded, and intuitive.
