Wat do I need to bring?
Be prepared. Bring:
- Swimwear
- 2 towels — one to sit on during the session, one to dry off afterwards
- A refillable water bottle — hydration is your foundation
- Your ID — the ritual begins at check-in
Remove jewelry before entering the sauna. You’re welcome to bring it, but metals heat up fast—and your skin deserves kindness.
Where can I park my bike/car?
No need to worry about parking — we’ve got free spaces for both cars and bikes on our location.
Arrive by bike and you’ve already done your warm-up before stepping into the cold.
I forgot something at CØLD, what do I do now?
Please send us an e-mail and we'll make sure we'll keep your stuff save with us for you to pick it up.
Is there a bathroom / showers / ...
Yes we have changing rooms with outdoor showers available for you.
Can I use my phone or take photo's/video's?
Yes you can take photos and videos before and after the sessions, but not during the sessions so you can experience our sessions to the fullest. CØLD is meant to be shared, but we have a strict rule that you can not use your phone or take photos/videos in the changing rooms.
Can I book CØLD for an event?
Ofcourse. You can send us an e-mail on events@coldclub.be with all the information and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I’ve never taken an ice bath before?
We always encourage you to give the ice bath a try, but it’s never an obligation. You are free to decide how long you stay in, and if you prefer, you can simply cool down with the cold showers or by stepping outside into the fresh air.
How long does a session last?
Each session lasts 75 minutes. We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the start to check in, get changed, and fill your water bottle. After the session, you are welcome to take your time to relax and connect with others as long as you like.
How can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. After that, the session will be charged.
How cold are the ice baths?
We offer three different ice baths, each with its own temperature: one at 3°C, one at 6°C, and one at 10°C. This way, you can choose the level of intensity that feels right for you.
How hot is the sauna?
We have three different sessions, each with its own level of intensity. Take a look at the options and choose the one that feels right for you.
